چکیده

Newborn Screening for the diagnosis of Congenital Hypothyroidism (CH) was first started in Bangladesh 1999 by Immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). Dissociation enhanced lanthanide fluorescent immunoassay (DELFIA) 1986 due to its superior sensitivity, speed, and non-radioactive methodology. Auto DELFIA 1235 automatic system introduced In vitro Division National Institute Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (NINMAS) under ADP Project “Screening Babies (Phase 2)”. It is an that can minimize pipetting error. this experiment, dried blood spots (DBS) were punched into antibody-coated microtitration well with automated Panthera Puncher analyzed AutoDELFIA. Six different standards 0.8, 10.3, 24.5, 49.3, 93.2, 239μU/mL used calibration curve drawn using these standards. Standard error deviation found 12.4 30.5. Limit detection (LOD) Quantification (LOQ) X variables 0.16 0.47. The average percent recovery 96.7. R2 value 0.9985. accuracy standard samples 96.7 ±10.6. For two Quality Control (QC) 16.39 μU/mL 63.09, used. All measured values from close ±1 deviation. findings indicate appropriateness System CH screening newborn laboratory division NINMAS. J.
